5. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information before purchasing or using our products.

We recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.

Ownership and responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
