What is AYA Earth Co.?

AYA Earth Co. is a Canadian body care brand specializing in handcrafted Body Butters, Body Scrubs, and Body Oils. Every product is thoughtfully created to nourish your skin while surrounding you with beautiful, long-lasting fragrance.

What makes AYA Earth Co. different?

Our products are designed to be layered. Each AYA Body Kit includes a Body Scrub, Whipped Body Butter, and Body Oil in the same Signature Collection, creating a complete body care experience that leaves your skin feeling soft, hydrated, and beautifully scented.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every AYA Earth Co. product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, appearance, and whipped consistency are completely normal and are not considered defects.

What comes in an AYA Body Kit?

Each AYA Body Kit includes:

  • One Body Scrub

  • One Whipped Body Butter

  • One Body Oil

All three products are from the same Signature Collection, allowing you to layer your fragrance for a richer, longer-lasting scent experience.

Can I purchase products individually?

At this time, AYA Earth Co. offers complete Body Kits only.

Each kit has been thoughtfully designed to include a matching Body Scrub, Whipped Body Butter, and Body Oil so you can enjoy the full AYA layering experience. We believe these products work best together to leave your skin beautifully nourished and your fragrance lasting longer.

As AYA Earth Co. continues to grow, individual products may become available in the future.

How do I use the products?

For the best results:

Step 1: Exfoliate with the Body Scrub to smooth and prepare your skin.

Step 2: Apply the Whipped Body Butter to deeply moisturize and soften your skin.

Step 3: Finish with the Body Oil to lock in moisture and enhance your fragrance.

How long does the fragrance last?

Fragrance longevity varies depending on your skin type, environment, and daily activities.

Layering all three products together helps create a richer, longer-lasting fragrance experience.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients. However, every person's skin is unique.

We recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before full application.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Do you offer fragrance-free products?

Yes. Our Bare Collection is completely fragrance-free and is perfect for those who prefer body care without added fragrance.

How do I choose the right Signature Collection?

It only takes about a minute and takes the guesswork out of choosing your perfect scent.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

AYA Earth Co. currently ships within Canada.

We look forward to expanding to additional locations in the future.

When will my order ship?

To ensure every product is freshly handcrafted and carefully prepared, AYA Earth Co. ships orders once each week on Mondays.

Orders placed throughout the week will be processed and shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

If a Monday falls on a statutory holiday, all orders will be shipped on the following business day (Tuesday).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Store Credit

Do you accept returns?

No.

Due to the personal nature of our body care products, all sales are final.

Do you offer refunds?

No.

AYA Earth Co. does not offer refunds.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product(s)

  • The shipping box

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, AYA Earth Co. will issue store credit equal to the value of the affected product(s).

Product Care

Why does my Body Butter look different from my last order?

Every AYA Earth Co. product is handcrafted in small batches.

Slight variations in colour, texture, appearance, and whipped consistency are completely normal. Temperature changes during shipping may also affect the appearance of whipped products, but this does not affect their quality, safety, or performance.

How should I store my products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

To preserve the texture of whipped products, avoid leaving them in hot vehicles or exposing them to prolonged high temperatures.

How long do your products last?

For the best experience, we recommend using your AYA products within 12 months of opening.

Store them properly and always use clean, dry hands or a clean scoop when removing product from the jar.
