Where do you ship?
AYA Earth Co. ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

 

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Canada: 3–9 business days
• United States: 4–8 business days
• UK & Europe: 6–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or customs processing. These delays are outside of AYA Earth Co.’s control.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

AYA Earth Co. does not control, calculate, or collect customs fees. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delivery delays or returned shipments.

AYA body care products are designed to support a wide range of skin types. Individual reactions may vary. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test prior to full use.

 

How often should I use AYA products?
Moisturizing products may be used daily. Exfoliating products are best used 1–3 times per week, depending on skin tolerance.

 

Where can AYA products be used?
AYA products are intended for external body use only. They are not formulated for facial use unless explicitly stated.

 

Are AYA products fragranced?
Yes. Products are lightly fragranced to enhance the experience without overpowering the senses.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of body care products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for review and resolution.
